Cancellation, Returns, Refunds



Cancellations

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, (which replace the Distance Selling Regulations 2000) if you order from us via our website, email, or telephone, you may cancel your order up to 14 days after delivery of the goods, for a full refund. You should notify us in writing eg: by email or on the Enquiry Form via the Contact Us button above.
Exclusions apply - see below.

If you have already received your order, or it has been despatched and is on its way to you, please see Returning Cancelled Goods below.


Returning Cancelled Goods
You must notify us that you are cancelling your order (in writing as above) within 14 days of receiving the goods. You must then return the goods within 14 days of this notification. You must pay for the cost of returning the goods. Please use a recorded delivery service and keep your proof of posting.


Refunds
Refunds will be made by the same method as the original payment, eg: to the same card. If the goods are returned in person, then the cardholder must be present. The original delivery charge will only be refunded if the whole order is returned.



Exclusions

• The above rights apply to retail consumer customers only. Trade or business-to-business transactions are specifically excluded.

• Many of our products such as fabrics, laces, trimmings, etc, are cut to the customer's specification
eg: length. Once goods have been cut we cannot allow cancellation or return. We strongly recommend requesting samples before ordering, and if the exact shade is especially important please make this clear both when asking for samples, and when ordering the product, since some variation in shade between batches is normal.

• Goods ordered in our showroom are excluded.

• Products which you have used or are not in original condition.



Your statutory rights are not affected.
